What You'll Do

• Build relationships with professionals and business leaders
• Recruit and interview top talent across specialized industries
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
• Source, qualify, and present exceptional candidates
• Guide candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
• Develop lasting client relationships through outstanding service
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements
• Continuously develop your recruiting and business development skills
