Maintenance Technician II

HumanGood community is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support our senior living community in the Healthcare & Social Assistance industry. In this on-site role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on resident apartments, common areas, and building systems to ensure a safe, comfortable environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues, completing work orders, assisting with room turns and renovations, and supporting safety and compliance standards.
