Therapist - Occupational Therapist

Job Summary: Provide occupational therapy services to hospitalized and outpatient clients, focusing on enhancing their ability to perform daily activities. Deliver patient-centered care through assessment, treatment planning, and direct intervention. Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient recovery and progress.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
  
  
• 
  Implement therapeutic interventions for inpatient and outpatient populations.
  
  
• 
  Fabricate post-op splints and assist with patient education on usage and care.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid occupational therapy license or certification.
  
  
• 
  Possess current CPR/BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical skills in inpatient and outpatient therapy settings.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  
• 
  Have experience with post-op splint fabrication.
  
  
• 
  Maintain good organizational skills and attention to detail.
