Avance Care is seeking a Lead Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established and expanding Medical Group at Avance Care in Fuquay Varina, NC . The Lead Clinician provides clinical leadership and direction to medical providers within assigned clinic location(s), ensuring clinical standards , best practice guidelines, and quality of care are maintained. This role partners with the Clinic Manager and Area Operations Manager on operational matters while driving provider performance , value-based care initiatives , and compliance with clinical policies and regulation .
