5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition Strong experience sourcing technical talent across engineering and IT roles Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS platforms Ability to quickly build and manage top-of-funnel candidate pipelines Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Skills Experience sourcing for IT, automotive, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments Familiarity with technical roles such as Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, and AI/GenAI roles Understanding of technologies such as Java, Python, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, etc. Experience using sourcing automation tools and recruiting analytics platforms Background in high-growth or fast-paced staffing environments POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Contract Sourcing Recruiter to join a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of highly skilled technical candidates to support business growth and hiring demands. The ideal candidate will have experience in proactive sourcing strategies, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly build relationships with technical talent across multiple channels. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a consistent and high-quality flow of candidates into the recruiting pipeline.
