Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking a Facilities and Production Maintenance Technician II to join our team. The Facilities and Production Maintenance Technician II reports to the HSSE & Facilities Maintenance Manager and is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facilities infrastructure in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. Responsibilities Address and resolve urgent daily maintenance ticket requests from the dashboard. Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation. Troubleshoot problems and repair or replace parts and equipment to resolve maintenance trouble tickets. Participate in the annual preventive maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment outlined by management. Operate various mobile equipment and computer systems on a daily basis. Work closely with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) team members to respond to hazards or incidents in a timely manner. Prepare for daily work by organizing equipment and tools. Ensure the maintenance shop is clean and organized at all times. Participate in daily huddles for the shift and clarify priorities for each maintenance activity. Be consistently on time and ensure responsibilities are covered when absent. Read and respond to email daily. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor. Required Education and Experience High School Education Diploma or GED required. Minimum 1‑3 years of experience performing production and facilities maintenance in the manufacturing industry, specifically maintaining CNC equipment, paint booths, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Ability to pass a background check and drug test. Past certifications and experience operating mobile equipment. Clean driving record and ability to be added to company insurance. Preferred Education and Experience Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic principles, schematics, LOTO training and Arc Flash best practices. Familiarity with maintenance programs such as Maximo, Fiix, Upkeep, and similar systems. Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment. Software Knowledge UKG (HRIS) or similar human resources information system. Salary Competitive pay starting between $25.00 and $33.00 per hour, depending on education, certifications, and experience. Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
