Supervisor, Regional Rehab and Turn

Overview Invitation Homes is a team of more than 1,700 associates working across all aspects of rental property. Our market teams include Leasing, Property Management and Rehab, Turns & Maintenance professionals who build resident experiences while maintaining high‑quality homes. Responsibilities Source, interview and hire new Superintendents responsible for home rehab and turn projects. Lead Superintendent onboarding and field training, including project scoping, budgeting, management and final quality control inspections. Coordinate the Superintendents’ ProCare certification process to ensure they are qualified for resident‑facing interactions in accordance with company policy. Conduct periodic quality control inspections of finished projects to assess vendor and Superintendent performance. Provide day‑to‑day oversight of Superintendents to ensure operations meet company objectives. Support the Rehab & Turn Manager with sourcing, vetting, onboarding and training new vendors. Ensure Superintendents understand and follow all safety regulations and best practices. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. OSHA 10 certification required (new hires have up to 90 days to complete). Proven experience in single‑family construction, renovation and/or maintenance with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Strong organizational, time‑management, verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, able to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. Comfortable using a tablet and general business applications (e.g., Outlook, Salesforce). Ability to perform intermediate mathematical and accounting functions and read financial statements. Knowledge of federal fair housing laws and applicable local housing provisions, building codes and municipal by‑laws. Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and any required state licenses or certifications. Ability to work on a regular and consistent basis, including weekends and non‑traditional holidays. Extensive travel within the assigned portfolio may be required. Physical Requirements Standing, walking, and/or sitting for extended periods. Frequent climbing, reaching, use of fingers, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling, lifting, talking, and hearing. Ability to lift and/or move more than 50 pounds or use standard maintenance equipment as assigned. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $67,875.00 – $117,650.00, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Annual bonus program. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
