We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Auto Detailer to join our team and help ensure every vehicle looks its absolute best. What You’ll Do As an Auto Detailer, you will be responsible for preparing new, used, and customer vehicles for delivery and display. Your duties will include: Thoroughly clean, wash, wax, and detail vehicle exteriors Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, dashboards, and windows Apply protectants, dressings, and finishing products to maintain vehicle appearance Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before delivery Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery Maintain the appearance of showroom vehicles and dealership inventory Move, park, and organize vehicles on dealership property Assist with lot maintenance and cleanliness as needed Safely operate detailing equipment, buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and cleaning tools Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer standards Perform additional duties as assigned by management What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Previous detailing or automotive experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate What We Offer Competitive pay Paid training Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts Opportunities for advancement within our growing dealership Ready to Join Our Team?
