We are dedicated to fostering a professional, respectful, and inclusive workplace where employees are valued, supported in their growth, and empowered to make a meaningful impact. ARE YOU THE MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE OUR TEAM NEEDS?If you can meet the following requirements, we need you as our Member Services Representative!Associate 's degree from an accredited two-year college or technical school, or equivalent education and experience1+ years of related experience in a call center, medical office, or customer service environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and research abilitiesAbility to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracyStrong data entry and documentation skillsAbility to work within established policies, procedures, and service timelines Experience in healthcare customer service or call center environments, knowledge of health plan benefits, eligibility or referral processes, experience resolving member complaints or escalations, familiarity with customer service software, and strong de-escalation skills are preferred. WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. In this role, you'll be the trusted connection between Capital Health Plan and our members, answering inbound calls, providing clear and accurate information, and helping individuals navigate questions related to benefits, eligibility, referrals, and services.
