RESPONSIBLITIES: Provide information about insurance products and services Uncover customer needs through on-purpose interactions Assist customers with policy applications and renewals Handle inquiries and provide timely responses Maintain accurate records of customer and prospect interactions QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Technologically capable; typing proficiency, working knowledge of "Microsoft Office" products and the ability to learn new programs and applications are a must Detail-oriented and able to multitask Experience in customer service or sales preferred About Us We have been serving the community in Madison since 2008 and our agent, Nate, has been serving with State Farm since 2002.
