Responsibilities Identify and assess financial, operational, and compliance risks through assurance, consulting, and solutions management activity. Manage ongoing enterprise and process-based risk assessments and lead the development and execution of a dynamic audit plan to address high-risk areas within the Company’s operations. Assess internal audit controls and perform risk reviews and assessments for our clients. Manage financial and operational audits from start to finish, updating management through the process, and reviewing audit reports to document audit scope, procedures, findings, and recommendations. Interpret the significance of audit insights, make practical recommendations, and collaborate with stakeholders on remediation action plans. Provide key business insights and other inputs relating to the Company’s rapidly evolving environment into the audit planning process and ongoing risk management processes, as well as other internal audit projects. Deliver assigned audits and other projects within required deadlines, ensuring the work is performed, with a focus on adhering to the audit methodology and delivering the highest level of quality and value. Develop, mentor, and support junior audit employees by reviewing their work and providing constructive criticism as well as training opportunities, and ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively. Communicate with and educate process owners (including non-finance individuals) on the importance of controls, an effective control environment, and the role of the team. Qualifications Ability to interact with all levels, set objectives, and create results. Ability to navigate through ambiguity. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment, overseeing the process and delivering on commitments. Driven personality, with a desire to find solutions. Ability and willingness to take initiative to independently identify, research and resolve issues and make continuous process improvements.
