Responsibilities Drive your department’s full staffing, fostering an inclusive environment and holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way. Implement effective security protocols to ensure ongoing safety for employees and guests. Create memorable experiences for guests and connect authentically with them while participating in community outreach events. Manage your department’s P&L, develop initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, grow the guest count, and coach & train associates. Present quality food and drink by ensuring all menu items are prepared according to recipe and meet high presentation standards. Enforce safety and sanitation practices, maintaining immaculate facilities and showcasing a passion for excellence. Minimum of 3 years of salaried management experience preferred. Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge preferred. Availability to work a flexible schedule. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Must be at least 21 years of age. Basic computer proficiency preferred. Benefits Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Additional benefit details are available at Compensation Salary Range: $58,030 - $90,800, varying by location with potential for bonus based on eligibility and business factors.
