Responsible for calculation of R&D tax credits Calculation and payment of Partner level quarterly estimated tax payments Maximize Empowerment, Enterprise and Opportunity Zone tax credits filings and opportunities Preparation of Federal & State tax returns for all entities Establish accounts for new tax jurisdictions Participate in tax planning strategies Establish accounts for new payroll tax jurisdictions Resolve payroll tax issues that arise with authorities and vendors Maximize WOTC or other Federal and State employment tax credit programs Prepare monthly sales & use tax returns for multiple jurisdictions and related journal entries Prepare annual tangible tax returns Assist in Federal or State audits Manage all tax related software programs required Respond to information requests as needed
