What You'll Tackle

• Document Command Center
• Draft, proof, revise, e-file, and track complex pleadings, motions, and briefs-error-free and always on deadline.
• Calendar Maestro
• Own all litigation timelines: court deadlines, client meetings, deposition schedules, travel, and trial prep-nothing slips through the cracks.
• Trial-Prep Powerhouse
• Assemble exhibits, witness binders, and electronic presentations; coordinate with litigation-support pros; and be in the war room when it counts.
• Case Strategist
• Analyze discovery data, manage large case files, liaise with experts, and proactively prep for upcoming milestones so attorneys stay two steps ahead.

• 5-7 years in complex commercial litigation-trial experience required.
