A highly regarded Miami-based litigation boutique is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support a team of attorneys handling sophisticated, high-profile matters. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling commercial litigation matters
• Prepare, format, edit, and proofread correspondence, pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• E-file documents in state and federal courts, ensuring full compliance with court rules and procedures
• Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, court dates, and case schedules with precision
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings
• Maintain organized electronic and physical case files
• Process expense reports, time entries, and client billing in coordination with the accounting team
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors
• Provide overflow support to other attorneys and team members as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation legal assistant experience required
• Strong knowledge of Florida state and federal court rules, procedures, and e-filing systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Notary Public designation a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
