Associate Veterinarian

We’re a busy, privately owned (and going to stay that way), growing small animal clinic in the beautiful Lewiston Clarkston Valley, and we’re looking for an associate veterinarian who wants to be part of a team.

Here’s what that actually means in our hospital:

• We scrub in together on tough surgeries
• We transfer cases so you actually get your days off
• We ask questions openly because that’s how we all get better
• Our caseload is a mix of wellness, urgent/emergent care, and surgeries so you’ll get variety, growth, and support every step of the way. We believe in doing the right thing for our patients while working with clients’ real-life budget.

Compensation includes:

• Salary with options for pro-sal: $130,000-180,000
• 4-day work weeks with 1 Saturday half day per month + rotating paid per diem evening work (2-3 nights/week, until 9pm).

• Plumbs standards subscription and VIN access

• Open to discussing buy in for the right candidate after a minimum of 3 years

Who we're looking for:

• Must have a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited veterinary school and be licensed in Washington.
• Someone who genuinely cares about patients, clients, and our team (kennel staff to doctors).
• Someone who believes great medicine happens through teamwork and collaboration.
• Someone who values communication, takes the time to help clients understand their options, meets them where they are, and builds trust especially when things are hard.
