Project Manager, VELYS Digital Surgery - Thought Leader Liaison

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Project Manager to coordinate customer engagement events and thought leader relationships for the VELYS Digital Surgery portfolio within the Orthopaedics division. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to execute advisory boards, innovation workshops, and market engagement activities while supporting product development and commercialization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute commercial advisory boards, innovation workshops, and voice-of-customer engagement events
- Develop and execute thought leader engagement strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Manage healthcare provider contracts, timesheets, logistics, and event documentation
- Identify and cultivate relationships with physicians and medical associations for strategic engagement
- Partner with marketing, clinical affairs, R&D, and other functions to support product launch and commercialization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- 6+ years relevant business experience
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional projects
- Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across teams
- Track record of driving strategic change and organizational alignment
- Strong project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience operating successfully in matrix environments
