StaffDNA is hiring a Permanent Allied Respiratory Therapist for the ICU to deliver high-quality respiratory care to critical care patients. In this on-site hospital role, you will manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation, perform arterial blood gas sampling, and provide airway management in collaboration with intensivists and nursing staff. Responsibilities include conducting respiratory assessments, following evidence-based protocols, responding to codes and rapid responses, educating patients and families, and accurately documenting care in the EMR. You’ll work within a performance-driven, tech-enabled organization that supports clinicians with modern tools, clear communication, and growth opportunities while you help improve outcomes for complex ICU patients.
