Location: Williamstown, Massachusetts
Compensation: $44–$55 per hour
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Hours: Weekdays with flexibility

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Physical Therapist (PT) for a critical-need full-time position at an SNF center in Williamstown, Massachusetts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients while working within a collaborative rehabilitation environment. You'll have the opportunity to provide hands-on care, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients regain the skills and confidence needed to reach their functional goals.

The schedule offers 35 hours per week on weekdays with flexibility , providing room to create a schedule that works for both the clinician and the needs of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and assessments

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions

• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence

• Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust plans as needed

• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately

• Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapy and safe mobility

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the care team

• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree

• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Patient-centered approach to care

• Ability to work effectively in an SNF environment

• Adaptability and strong organizational skills
