E Service Point is seeking a Director of HR to lead our Not-for-Profit HR Services team from Chicago. You’ll shape HR strategy and operational excellence for a portfolio of nonprofit clients across education, social services, and community-based sectors. You’ll work with internal generalists and client leadership to align HR practices with each organization’s mission and goals. You will guide policy, support unionized environments, and serve as a trusted advisor to Executive Directors, CEOs, and #J-18808-Ljbffr E Service Point
