About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Management Company Accounting to lead the financial operations of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial standards, delivering accurate reporting, and driving impactful initiatives to optimize financial processes. This role involves developing and implementing accounting policies, procedures, and controls, as well as preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making. The VP will also be tasked with coordinating audits, managing intercompany transactions, and contributing to the preparation of consolidated financial statements. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years' accounting experience, preferably in management company accounting. Proficiency in GAAP-based financial reporting, advanced financial analysis techniques, and a strong knowledge of intercompany transactions, expense allocations, and fee reconciliations are essential. The role requires experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, as well as the ability to manage audits and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be adept at using accounting software and tools, with a focus on process optimization, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
