About the Job:
Company: PNW WEB DESIGNERS & MARKETING
POSITION: SALES LEAD
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect & Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential business clients through cold calls, networking, and digital outreach.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Engagement & Consultative Selling:
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their goals, challenges, and online presence needs.
- Present tailored website and digital marketing solutions that align with client objectives.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
- Deliver compelling presentations (virtual and in-person) to showcase website packages and service tiers.
- Prepare proposals, handle objections, and close sales with professionalism.
Account Growth & Relationship Management:
- Manage and grow assigned accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services (SEO, social media management, Google Ads, etc.) where appropriate.
Performance & Reporting:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track all sales activities in CRM software and report progress to leadership.
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
- 1+ years of proven B2B sales experience (digital services, software, technology, advertising, or similar).
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of website design, SEO, and online marketing.
- Existing network of small business contacts.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Benefits:
- Base Salary: $1,000-$1,600 per month plus Commission: 20% of all website sales
