Job Description Job Description Pay: $15.50/hourly Shift Differential: Evenings and Nights $2.00/hourly The Certified Nurse's Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting nursing staff and providing essential care to patients. This position involves assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under nursing supervision Assist patients with bathing, feeding, and other activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor and record vital signs accurately Communicate effectively with residents and healthcare team members Support teamwork and collaboration within the care environment Manage time efficiently to ensure all patient needs are met Preferred Qualifications Experience in resident care and vital signs monitoring Strong communication skills Ability to work well in a team Good time management skills Positive attitude Skills in bathing, feeding, and assisting with ADLs
