Job Description:
Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the financial management of the company, including but not limited to cost management, budget management, and capital management, to improve operational efficiency; 2. Take the lead in the operation of US stock listing, and effectively manage the market value after listing; 3. Provide professional financial analysis for the company's operational goals, provide the basis for operational management decisions, and regularly review and measure the company's operational risks, taking effective risk control measures to prevent them; 4. Responsible for the management and construction of the company's financial team, continuously enhance the professional capabilities of the financial team, and build a results-oriented team with strong cohesion . Requirements:
Job Requirements: 1. Graduated from QS200 universities, with 8 years or more of financial management work experience, capable of managing all aspects from internal financial management to external financing, listing, etc; 2. Experience with US stock listings, having led or participated as a core member in the entire listing process, and having rich experience in market value control after listing; 3. Strong learning and insight abilities, passionate and interested in the finance and blockchain industry, willing to deeply participate in strategy and operational management; 4. Experience in start-up companies is a plus, able to quickly build a team, with experience in 0-1 organizational building, easy-going and down-to-earth personality; 5.Strong communication skills, can effectively coordinate with external and internal partners, can quickly establish trust with others, and can use English as a working language.
