About the OpportunityJoin a highly regarded corporate team advising closely held businesses, middle-market companies, and institutional clients on complex transactional matters across New England.The firm provides end-to-end corporate counsel, including mergers & acquisitions, business formation, corporate governance, and strategic transactions-often serving as trusted outside counsel to long-standing clients.
