Client Success Consultant: Payroll & Tax Support (Hybrid)

Care.com is seeking a client-focused member for the HomePay Consulting Team. After training, you’ll handle inbound calls and emails from household employers and employees, assisting with payroll, tax and labor law questions, and account management. You’ll contribute to exceptional service and efficiency in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
