Customer Care Post-Sale Specialist

Job Description

The Post Sale Support Specialist (PSSS) plays a pivotal role in delivering first-class service to our customers across both our live and online platforms. The PSSS is responsible for handling all customer questions and issues surrounding equipment post-sale including sales tax, payment collection, defaults and initial dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers regarding payment status, review account for payment options, communicate account suspension and defaulted status together with penalties when appropriate

Review and adjust Sales Tax, issuing refunds when appropriate

Handle the initial stages of dispute resolution listen to the customer to determine the issue and taking the appropriate resolution steps

Communicate with internal/external customers regarding policies and Terms and Conditions to ensure they understand any limitations on resolution and answering questions as needed

Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1-3 years working within a collections or sales tax environment with emphasis on customer service and quick resolution

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
