Restaurant Server

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and dependable professional to join our team and deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest. In this role, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere, provide timely and accurate service, and contribute to a positive and efficient restaurant environment. We offer competitive hourly base pay plus tips. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive. Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations when appropriate. Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system. Deliver meals and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring order accuracy. Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address concerns professionally. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to support smooth and efficient service. Process guest payments accurately and handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions responsibly. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area before, during, and after shifts. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies and procedures. Assist with opening and closing duties, side work, and other team tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not always required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and composed. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle transactions. Willingness to learn menu details, service standards, and point-of-sale systems. Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or plates for extended periods. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak dining hours as needed.
