Pay: Depends On Experience

Hours: Mon-Fri 9a to 5p-ish

Established legal team seeking an experienced legal professional to assist with client payment/disbursement processing and case support within a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This position will involve working closely with clients, estate counsels, and internal legal teams while managing sensitive financial and case-related information.

Ideal candidates will have experience working in a law firm environment with strong organizational, accounting, and spreadsheet skills. Backgrounds in legal operations, settlement/disbursement coordination, probate, plaintiff law, or small law firm management are highly preferred.

Responsibilities Include:
• Managing payment and disbursement processes
• Maintaining and updating large spreadsheets
• Tracking and understanding fee splits
• Communicating professionally with clients and attorneys
• Assisting with legal and administrative documentation
• Handling confidential and sensitive information with accuracy

Qualifications:
• Previous law firm experience required
• Strong Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Accounting, billing, or financial reconciliation experience preferred
