Position Summary

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our acclaimed team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures and effectively communicate each step of the process with empathy and understanding
• Maintain strong collaboration with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality imaging results
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly reporting any issues that arise
• Document procedures accurately and manage patient records within our electronic medical system
• Stay abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a pertinent field
• CCompletion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Required Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
