Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and growth-minded real estate agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process.
• Conduct buyer consultations and property showings.
• Generate and nurture leads through team-provided systems and personal prospecting.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients.
• Attend open houses and community events.
• Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and facilitate successful closings.
• Collaborate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other industry professionals.
• Stay current on local market trends and inventory.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions.

Qualifications

• Active Utah Real Estate License (or currently pursuing licensure).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with technology, social media, and CRM platforms.
