Key Responsibilities Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and coordination. Deliver direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to support recovery. Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments. Promote a positive, patient-centered environment. Qualifications & Skills Current state licensure or certification. CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days). Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program. At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice. Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility preferred.
