Contrat Alternance (contrat pro et apprentissage) Localisation du poste Route de Paris, Artenay, Loiret 45410 FRA Vos missions Amélioration continue : Cartographie et analyse de processus (logistique, flux, inventaires, administration) Animation de chantiers Lean / Kaizen / résolution de problèmes Définition et suivi d’indicateurs de performance (KPI) Contribution à la rédaction et à la mise à jour de standards / procédures Digitalisation des activités : Développement et amélioration d’outils existants Automatisation de reporting et de suivis opérationnels Mise en place de tableaux de bord visuels et utiles au terrain Support aux projets de digitalisation locaux Accompagnement et conduite du changement : Travail en proximité avec les équipes opérationnelles Formation des utilisateurs aux outils développés Contribution à l’adoption des nouveaux standards et solutions digitales Votre profil Apprenti(e) en cursus universitaire spécialisé(e) : Génie industriel, Amélioration continue / Lean Appétence forte pour : Les outils digitaux, Le terrain industriel, L’architecture et la pédagogie #J-18808-Ljbffr Tereos Deutschland Gmbh
