Project Manager

Project Manager Location: Nellis Air Force Base – Las Vegas, NV Company: Loyal Source Position Overview Loyal Source is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support project execution at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is ideal for a highly organized leader with a strong background in low-voltage or MEP environments , preferably HVAC , and prior experience working on government facilities . The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing personnel, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously in an active government facility environment Supervise and coordinate work for approximately 15 subcontractors at a time Work closely with a Quality Control Firm (QCF) and/or Site Superintendent to ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules (Microsoft Project strongly preferred) Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting Lead project meetings, provide clear direction, and resolve issues proactively Ensure all work complies with contract requirements, military standards, and applicable codes Maintain strong communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager Background in low voltage, MEP, or related technical construction industries Strong leadership skills with proven experience overseeing people and subcontractors Demonstrated experience managing project schedules and budgets Proficiency with Microsoft Project (highly preferred) Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with HVAC is highly preferred Prior experience working as a Project Manager on government or military facilities Familiarity with federal contracting, compliance, and documentation requirements About Loyal Source Loyal Source provides healthcare and technology solutions designed to improve outcomes and support mission-critical operations.
