This is a hands-on, physical role where youll stay active throughout your shift, working on a production line to package and stack products for shipment. Job Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st Shift: 7:00AM-3:00PM Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday) $250 SIGN ON BONUS!! $17.25/hr Job duties: Responsible for stacking packaged products onto pallets in a safe, consistent, and efficient manner within a fast-paced production environment. Correctly stacks cases of finished product onto the proper pallets. Work on a conveyor line, keeping up with product flow Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and accuracy Assist with other duties as assigned by supervision. Performs other related duties to contribute to the success of the operation as assigned by supervision. Requirements: Must be able pass a background check and drug screening Ability to lift 2545 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 8 hours per day Comfortable performing repetitive physical work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work safely around moving equipment and conveyor systems Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Work Environment: The employee constantly works near moving mechanical parts and lift trucks.
