As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you help bring those moments to life by supporting the people, standards, and daily operations behind one of the resort's restaurants, lounges, or dining experiences. Working alongside culinary and restaurant leadership, you will help develop associates, elevate service, strengthen operational performance, and create an environment where guests feel welcomed, valued, and eager to return. This role offers an opportunity to build leadership expertise while contributing to the dining experiences that help define Nemacolin. Compensation: Base salary of $75,000 plus participation in incentive plan.
