Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized physical therapy treatment plans that address specific patient goals and challenges as identified during assessments. Monitor and adapt treatment progress closely, ensuring approaches remain aligned with patient recovery objectives. Educate patients on non-surgical alternatives, promoting recovery techniques that minimize medication dependence. Create and implement diverse fitness and wellness programs tailored to enhance patients' strength, flexibility, and coordination. Patient Population / Client Focus The Rehab Therapy Center serves a varied clientele ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to individuals seeking rehabilitation post-surgery or from chronic conditions. Our services aim to address orthopaedic and neurological concerns seamlessly, catering to patients of all ages. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent qualifications recognized by state licensing boards. Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in Virginia, adhering to state regulatory requirements. Clean professional history devoid of sanctions or board proceedings. Solid understanding and demonstrated skills in various manual therapy techniques. Capability to design and implement effective exercise programs that enhance patient outcomes. Preferred Experience A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Prior work in a fast-paced rehabilitation center or similar setting is highly desirable. Experience in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient documentation and management. Compensation and Benefits This full-time role offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
