Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, specials, and beverages. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar teams promptly. Serve dishes and beverages in an elegant and precise manner, adhering to presentation standards. Anticipate guest needs and preferences, making recommendations and customizing orders when requested. Ensure guests' special dietary requirements and allergies are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, dining area, and server stations. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback tactfully and promptly. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow and maintain a harmonious work environment. Qualifications: Previous experience as a server in an upscale restaurant or private club is preferred. Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette, food, wine, and cocktail service. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele. Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
