3rd shift Restaurant Server

Server Job

The server's primary responsibility is to create an uncompromising dining experience throughout the guest's visit. Our servers demonstrate genuine hospitality, work neatly and cleanly, and have the ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

Answer questions about the menu, sells restaurant's food and drinks, and communicates orders with the kitchen

Possess strong food, and beverage knowledge

Keep all working stations clean, organized and properly stocked

Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to guest

Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations

Basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards

Excellent customer service skills with a polite and attentive demeanor

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Able to work in a team serving environment

May require a food handler's certification, depending on local regulations

At least 2 years of experience in restaurant industry

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge and passion for tableside service, wine, and craft cocktails are a plus

Meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol

Maryland: This role pays $3.63 per hour plus tips

Delaware: This role pays $2.23 per hour plus tips

This role pays $2.83 per hour plus tips

This role pays $9.98 per hour plus tips

Texas: This role pays $2.13 per hour plus tips
