Job Description

Beloform Craft is seeking an organized and dependable Team Leader to oversee day-to-day team activities at our Baton Rouge location.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, keeping operations organized, and helping others perform at their best. The Team Leader will serve as a key point of support for team members while helping ensure that daily goals, quality standards, and company expectations are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate team members during daily operations.
• Coordinate workloads, priorities, and daily assignments.
• Help ensure company procedures and quality standards are followed.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive guidance when needed.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Encourage effective communication and collaboration across the team.
• Identify operational challenges and help develop practical solutions.
• Maintain an organized, professional, and productive work environment.
• Communicate team progress, concerns, and operational needs to management.
• Support company goals and contribute to continuous process improvement.
