Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP)

Position Overview Qualified Mental Health Professionals (Adult & Child) for various departments throughout our agency. One example is the Crisis Therapeutic Home-Hampton. Responsibilities and Duties Provide consumer assessments, including determination of initial services for priority populations. Schedule services. Linkage/referrals to other service providers. Provide counseling, plan, develop, coordinate, consult, and implement services that provide treatment, education, rehabilitation, and support to individuals with mental health, intellectual disability, or substance abuse challenges. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field One year experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, substance abuse or who are dually diagnosed QMHP‑C or QMHP‑A Required Valid Driver’s License with acceptable DMV record Benefits Health Insurance/Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Vacation/Sick leave/Holiday pay Legal Resources VA529-Tuition Savings Critical & Accidental Insurance Aflac #J-18808-Ljbffr Theuniversityunion
