The Food & Beverage team ensures that product is fresh, in stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. They manage replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing for all Food and Beverage areas. Responsibilities Provide a consistent Starbucks experience by curating product quality and freshness. Deliver an exceptional guest experience by greeting visitors, assisting in shopping, and ensuring a smooth, friendly interaction. Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude. Execute food and beverage processes: deliveries, replenishment, intra‑stock routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and storage of reserve product. Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to maintain consistency and efficiency. Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to fulfill digital guest orders accurately and on time. Maintain an inviting dining area throughout the shift. Engage with guests to exceed expectations based on Starbucks standards. Produce hand‑crafted beverages and food to recipe specifications. Follow food safety requirements, including temperature monitoring and recording. Complete and record all cleaning tasks per best practices. Identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process accordingly. Ensure accurate in‑stocks by placing store‑initiated orders. Follow perishable inventory procedures for accurate recording. Execute sampling best practices. Complete all required training and certifications related to quality control of Starbucks products. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance. Work safely at all times, complying with safety policies, best practices, and training. Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up and Drive‑up while complying with alcohol laws. All other duties based on business needs. Qualifications & Skills Enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and team members. Thriving in a fast‑moving, physically demanding role with teamwork, flexibility, and problem‑solving. Open to a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak shopping times. Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred, but not required. Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members. Ability to communicate via multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology. Work both independently and with a team. Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot. Attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes. Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
