Senior Clinical Research Associate - CNS/Psychiatry (US, Northeast/Mid-Atlantic)

Senior Clinical Research Associate position focusing on central nervous system and psychiatry studies. Manage research activities across multiple study sites in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, overseeing site selection, regulatory compliance, training, and study closeout activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage research activities at clinical trial sites, including site identification and selection
- Conduct study initiation visits and oversee site start-up activities including regulatory documentation and contract negotiation
- Train site personnel on data collection procedures and safety event reporting protocols
- Monitor site compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Support study closeout activities at sites upon trial completion
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- 4-year university degree or nursing degree
- CNS/Neurology and/or Psychiatry experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Reside in Mid-Atlantic or Northeast United States
- Willingness to travel regionally
Compensation: $97,000-$193,000 annually
