1st Shift Mill Machinist Needed in Phillipsburg, NJOur office is currently partnered with a leading company in Phillipsburg, NJ in their search for a Mill Machinist.Machinist Job Details:Schedule: M-F 5:30am/6am start to 2:30pm/3:30 pm (flexible with start time) unlimited over timePay Rate: $34-40/hrJob Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-HireLocation: Phillipsburg, NJMachinist Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate vertical boring mills with minimal supervisionMachine fabrications and castings to specificationsRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsUse precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standardsOperate CNC and manual machining equipmentSafely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and large industrial equipmentPerform machine setups and make necessary adjustmentsMachinist Requirements:Minimum 3 years of recent hands-on machining experienceExperience with vertical boring mills requiredAbility to work independently and troubleshoot machining processesKnowledge of fabrication and casting machiningExperience operating forklifts and overhead cranesFamiliarity with Fanuc controls preferredMastercam experience a plusStrong blueprint reading and inspection skillsPeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
