Compensation Analyst II: Data-Driven Pay Insights

Standard Insurance

The Standard is seeking a compensation professional to join our compensation team in Portland, OR. You will conduct job evaluations, market pricing, analyses, and surveys, partnering with HR business partners and leaders to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices across the organization. You will support annual compensation processes, incentive programs, reporting, and ongoing process improvements while handling sensitive data with discretion and communicating insights clearly to #J-18808-Ljbffr Standard Insurance
