Quality Technician III - Minneapolis

Our CRDN Design Assurance Laboratory at Medtronic’s Moundsview site provides Quality support across PDP from pre-market product development to post-market product surveillance, ensuring performance and safety of complex electromechanical devices throughout the product lifecycle. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite to foster professional growth and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Perform complex electrical and hardware tests and provide updates to the broader team. Use Microsoft Word and Excel for data collection and documenting processes. Work effectively in a team environment and as an individual. Identify, document, and improve known or potential issues in the lab. Apply and maintain quality standards for all activities associated with product testing. Contribute to investigations associated with product testing. Comply with applicable department and site-wide procedures and regulations. Qualifications Must-Have: Minimum Requirements Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, vocational or technical education, or certification. Nice to Have Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO 17025, and experience in a regulated environment. Basic use of electrical instruments such as a multimeter, oscilloscope, etc. Laboratory experience.
