Quality Technician
Join our dynamic team as a Quality Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring that only the finest products reach our customers. As part of a collaborative team, you will be instrumental in bringing our clients' labels and packaging to life, helping them stand out in a competitive market.
Shift: 8am-4:30pm (some flexibility)
Pay: $22-$26/hr (Depends on experience. May consider higher pay for direct experience)
Responsibilities
- Test and inspect products at various stages of the production process and compile data from these tests.
- Assist with maintaining the quality and reliability of products.
- Support the Operational Excellence Manager with ISO and BRC quality systems.
- Help increase awareness among staff to eliminate defects based on findings.
- Work closely with all departments to improve the level of service and quality provided to our customers.
- Assist with developing and maintaining SOPs in compliance with ISO standards.
- Identify, recommend, and implement areas for Lean improvement or modification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certification in basic HACCP.
- Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Preferred: Two or more years of direct work experience in a quality control capacity in the printing industry.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and BRC quality systems is a plus.

Work Environment
Work in a clean and organized printing manufacturer facility with shifts available from 8am-4pm or 11pm-6am, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
