Customer Svc Rep requires:
High school /GED
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
-Comfortable using computers.
-Experience working with customer support a plus
40 hours weekly, 8-5
Customer service
Call center
Data entry
Must have clean background
Duties:
Answer calls concerning Florida scholarships and grants

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
Listen to customer concerns and ensure they feel heard and understood.
Handle difficult, frustrated, or angry customers calmly and professionally.
Investigate complaints, troubleshoot problems, and determine appropriate solutions.
Route complex, high-priority issues to supervisors or specialized departments.
Accurately record details of customer interactions, transactions, and actions taken in internal systems.
