Job Description

Avir Trilogy is seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team!

We're looking for a Business Office Manager who's organized, detail-driven, and comfortable being the person everyone comes to. You'll run the business office side of the facility, covering accounting, payroll, personnel records, billing, and medical records support. You'll also be a familiar face at the front desk, handling admissions inquiries and giving tours to families who are figuring out their next step.

Qualifications for Business Office Manager:

Experience with insurance billing required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous office experience preferred.
Previous nursing home experience preferred.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
Patience, tact, and a positive attitude with residents, families, and staff.
Comfort working with residents who are ill, disabled, elderly, or at times upset.
Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and lift up to 50 pounds.
