Our client is a premier manufacturer of high-reliability lighting systems and specialized electronic solutions for commercial, industrial, and specialized applications. We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our client's production team and help build precision products trusted in critical environments nationwide.

Position - Electrical Assembly

Job Location - Lomira, WI

Starting Date - Immediate

Employment Term - Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type - Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) - 1st Shift (8:00am - 4:30pm)

Starting Pay - $20 based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assembly: Assemble precision electrical and mechanical components, including LED assemblies, light fixtures, printed circuit boards (PCBs), wiring harnesses, and power control modules.
  
• Wiring & Soldering: Perform point-to-point wiring, crimping, wire stripping, and precision hand soldering according to technical schematics and work instructions.
  
• Testing & Quality Control: Conduct functional electrical testing, voltage checks, and visual quality inspections using standard test tools (multimeters, bench power supplies).
  
• Schematic Reading: Read and follow wiring diagrams, blueprints, and engineering documentation to assemble products to strict specifications.
  
• Workstation Maintenance: Maintain a safe, organized, and ESD-compliant workbench while adhering to high quality and safety standards.
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; vocational coursework or certifications in electronics/soldering are a plus.
  
• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical assembly, electromechanical assembly, or electronics manufacturing.
  
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings.
  
• Proficiency with hand tools, crimpers, wire strippers, torque tools, and hand-soldering equipment.
  
• Excellent manual dexterity, high attention to detail, and correct color vision for color-coded wiring schemes.
  
• Familiarity with IPC soldering standards (IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001) is strongly preferred.
